All service prices are inclusive of a 5% GST surcharge.
ALLERGY TEST
For any new clients to Joelene Hill - THE STUDIO or clients who have not had Colour services with us in the last 6 months, you will require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your colour appointment. This is to double check for any potential allergies, and we will not be able to carry out a colour service without a allergy test being completed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or amend your appointment, to inform us at least 24 hours prior to your booking. For appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window, Joelene Hill - THE STUDIO reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointment fee.
